First Year Experience
A strong first-year experience is foundational to student success. I help institutions redesign their FYE programs to be more engaging, joyful, interactive, and rooted in belonging. This work may include curriculum development, orientation redesign, staff training, and creating programming that supports students’ transition academically, socially, and culturally.
Belonging Framework
Using my original Five Rs of Student Sense of Belonging Assessment, I partner with campuses to evaluate and strengthen the student experience. This includes:
